Genesys Cloud provides the ability to switch between literal and expression modes in Architect call flows. By default, actions are presented in literal mode. You can switch to expression mode to enter simple expressions in text boxes. You can also open a large expression editor for more complex expressions. Examples include clicking to switch from literal mode to expression mode, and clicking again to return to literal mode. The Edit Expression dialog box provides access to the full expression editor.
