Genesys Cloud provides an in-app help search feature accessible from the Help bar. Users can type keywords or phrases into the Search help box and click relevant help articles from the results. The search is not case-sensitive. If the desired help article is not found in the initial search, users can search the broader Genesys Cloud Resource Center or get additional help.
