Genesys Cloud provides an Evaluation Forms page within its Quality Management module that serves as a centralized dashboard for administrators to manage evaluation forms used for scoring recordings and agent performance. The page displays form names and modification timestamps, with each timestamp representing the form's version ID. Access to this page requires one of three permissions: Quality > Evaluation Form – Add, Quality > Evaluation Form – Edit, or Quality > Evaluation Form – Delete. Users can navigate to the Evaluation Forms page through two pathways: via the Admin menu under Quality, or through Menu > Conversational Intelligence > Quality Management > Evaluation Forms. The platform currently has a known limitation where dates and times in quality management views do not display in the standard format for the Arabic dialect; Genesys Cloud has indicated this limitation will be addressed in a future update. The page supports core quality management functions including form creation, editing, deletion, and evaluation scoring capabilities, with related functionality available through associated features such as fatal question configuration, in-progress interaction evaluation, and quality evaluator dashboards.
