Genesys Cloud allows users to share custom columns with other users and teams. To share a custom column, click the Pick columns icon, go to the Custom column tab, search for the column, click the more icon next to it, and select Share. Then search for and select the users and teams to share it with and click Save. Custom columns allow users to add calculated fields to views for additional reporting and analytics. Sharing them allows collaborators to also leverage the custom calculations.
