Genesys Cloud provides multiple billing models across its CX 1-4 service tiers, including named, concurrent, and hourly licensing options. The platform enables users to access current and previous billing cycles, download usage reports and invoices, and track resource consumption including AI token billing. A fair use policy applies to key features such as BYOC Cloud, data storage, basic routing/IVR, API on demand, BYO SMS, voice transcription variants, workitems, Journey Management Events, and AI Experience. Users can manage billing information through detailed summaries, sample bill views, and specific scenarios for Genesys Agent Assist SKUs, with functionality for tracking user overages, BYOC Cloud billing, and subscription end billing. The resource center provides comprehensive billing documentation including FAQs, ordering information, payment and refund details, pricing guidance, and example billing scenarios for AI resource consumption. Billing information is centralized in the Genesys Cloud licenses and billing section.
