Genesys Cloud provides capabilities to build contact lists by uploading contact records from a .csv file and using an import template. You can create reusable import templates by configuring a contact list template to define required columns and a contact list filter to filter contacts. The import template can then be used to split and filter .csv files to build custom contact lists.
To create your contact lists, use an import template. Upload your contact records from a .csv file, select an import template, and build your contact lists.
