Genesys Cloud provides a telephone user interface (TUI) that allows users to check voicemail and set options directly on their phones. By dialing *86 or pressing the voicemail button, users can listen to personal and group messages, set voicemail options, and access other key features. There is no limit on the number of voicemail messages that can be stored.
