Genesys Cloud's Disconnect Workitem action enables the disconnection of agents from workitems within the workflow system. The action requires a unique name that appears in the workitem flow structure. Before reassigning a workitem to another agent or queue, the Disconnect Workitem action must be executed if an agent is currently assigned and actively working on the workitem (in Connected, Held, or Parked assignment states).
