Genesys Cloud integrates with AWS Direct Connect to improve connectivity between on-premises networks and the Genesys Cloud service hosted on AWS. It allows establishing a dedicated network connection from your premises to AWS, bypassing the public internet. This provides more consistent network performance, lower latency, and higher security compared to internet-based connections. Key capabilities include setting up a Direct Connect connection specifically for Genesys Cloud, configuring routing, and addressing common questions around deployment and management.
