Remove access from an authorized user or group

AI-generated summary

Genesys Cloud enables administrators to manage access removal for authorized users and groups within trust relationships between organizations. Users can remove access through the User Management menu by navigating to Authorized Organizations and selecting either "Access To My Organization" or "Access to Another Organization." The system supports two removal options: complete access removal by clicking the X next to a user or group name, or selective role removal by clicking the X adjacent to specific roles. When access is removed from a currently logged-in user or group member, they are immediately logged out. Administrators can manage both users and groups through dedicated tabs, with the ability to remove either entire user/group access or individual role assignments. Prerequisites include understanding roles and permissions documentation for both pairing organizations and authorized users and groups. The feature applies bidirectionally within trust relationships, allowing either organization party to remove access from users or groups in that relationship.
