Genesys Cloud enables administrators to copy campaign entries through the Campaign Management interface, facilitating backup creation or version duplication of existing campaigns. To copy campaigns, users navigate to Menu > Digital and Telephony > Outbound > Campaign Management, select either the Voice Campaigns or Digital Campaigns tab, check the boxes for desired campaigns, and click Copy. The system automatically duplicates selected items and appends each campaign name with "- Copy" followed by a sequential number. This functionality supports both voice and digital campaign types within the outbound dialing module.
