Genesys Cloud Resource Center provides procedures for changing encryption keys used in conversation recording and management. Users with Recording > Encryption key Edit and View permissions can generate and implement new public or private key pairs when their key configuration is set to Genesys Cloud Management or AWS KMS Symmetric. The process involves navigating to Menu > Conversation Intelligence > Recording and Policies > Encryption Keys, selecting the Recordings tab, and clicking the Change Key Now button. Upon completion, the system generates a new key pair for encrypting or decrypting information, and a new entry is added to the Recent Key Pair History list that displays the new key pair and the administrator who generated it.
