Add a Menu action to a task

AI-generated summary

Genesys Cloud allows adding Jump to Menu and Previous Menu actions to tasks in call flows. The Jump to Menu action transfers callers to a designated menu. The Previous Menu action transfers callers back to the previous menu. To add these, open the flow and task in Architect, drag the desired Menu action to the task from the Toolbox, name it, and select the target menu for Jump to Menu. These provide callers menu navigation options directly within tasks.

You can add a Jump to Menu or a Previous menu to a task. Use the Jump to Menu menu action to give callers the option of transferring immediately to a designated menu. Use the Previous menu action to give callers the option of transferring to the previous menu.
