Genesys Cloud offers multiple licensing models including named, concurrent, and hourly options to accommodate different organizational needs. The platform provides access to on-demand services and subscription add-ons that enhance core functionality, including BYOC Cloud, data storage, Basic Routing/IVR, API on demand, and voice transcription services. Users can manage licenses and monitor usage through dedicated billing interfaces that display billing and usage summaries, while data storage estimation tools help forecast charges. The system includes free trial access through GCXNow and operates under a fair use policy governing service utilization across data storage and voice-related features. Different service tiers are available based on subscription levels, allowing organizations to scale capabilities according to requirements.
