Genesys response to Meltdown and Spectre vulnerability

Genesys is aware of the Meltdown and Spectre vulnerability. We have no indication that Genesys systems have been targeted. Genesys Genesys Cloud is working closely with our vendors using their recommended procedures to patch affected systems, and will continue to do so as more information becomes available.

Import and export scripts between organizations

Script designers can now use import and export to duplicate complex scripts and share scripts between organizations. For more information, see Import scripts and Export scripts.

Swedish and Danish IVR prompt support in Architect

Core IVR prompt support in Architect is now available for Swedish Sweden (sv-se) and Danish Denmark (da-dk). Core support includes recording prompts for Booleans, datetime values, numbers, durations, and string data types. A future release will include ordinal number and time ranges.
