Genesys Cloud provides functionality to remove members from group workspaces through the Resource Center interface. To delete a member, users navigate to Menu > IT and Integrations > Documents, locate the target workspace, and access the Membership tab. The interface includes an optional search feature to filter current workspace members by name. Members are removed by clicking the Remove button adjacent to the member's name, followed by saving the changes. The process supports removal of both individual users and groups from workspace membership.
