Genesys Cloud allows agents to add inline images to email messages. When composing a new email, accepting an email, or replying to an email, agents can click "Insert Image" to select a .jpg, .png, or .gif file from their computer to embed directly in the message body. The inserted image can be resized as needed before sending the email. Inline images are not attachments. If the email message is discarded, all text, images, and attachments are removed.
As an , you can add an inline image to your email messages. An inline image is an image that is in the body of your email. It is not an attachment.
Note: If you drag and drop an image, Genesys Cloud adds it as an attachment. You cannot copy an image from a browser window and paste it in an email.
Find the image that you want to add to your message and click Open. Images must be .jpg, .png, or .gif files.
Genesys Cloud inserts the image into your message. If the image seems too large or too small, you can resize it.
When you are finished with your message, click Send.
Note: If you discard your message, Genesys Cloud removes all text, images, and attachments.
