Genesys Cloud supports ISV (Independent Software Vendor) applications, which are third-party applications hosted within the platform and integrated with Genesys Cloud billing. ISV applications extend Genesys Cloud functionality and are distributed through the Genesys Cloud AppFoundry marketplace. Two application tiers are available: Basic Applications, which are integrated marketplace offerings available for direct purchase or assisted sales without free trial options, and Premium Applications, which offer the same integration and sales channels but include complimentary trial periods and additional marketing benefits as outlined in the AppFoundry Marketing Guide. Unlike client applications, ISV applications provide seamless billing integration within the Genesys Cloud ecosystem.
