Genesys Cloud enables quality administrators, evaluators, and supervisors to create coaching appointments with agents to provide feedback that improves agent performance. Users can schedule coaching appointments in the Interactions Details and Agent Development views, edit appointments, view and annotate appointments, change appointment status, and add interactions to existing appointments.
