AI-generated summary

Genesys Cloud allows users to download and save local copies of files stored in the platform. Users can search for files, open workspaces, hover over a file, and click "Download" under Actions. This downloads the file, with ad hoc recordings saved as .WAV files. The desktop app can also be used to download files.
