Modify a label

1. Click Menu > Knowledge > Categories and Labels.
2. Open the knowledge base that contains the label to modify.
3. Click the Labels tab.
4. Next to the label you want to modify, click Edit .
5. Change the label name or color.
6. Click Save changes.

Remove a label from an article

Remove labels from articles to remove the article from a label group.

1. Click Menu > Knowledge > Knowledge Content > Articles.
2. Open the knowledge base that contains article label to remove.
3. Next to the knowledge article to modify, click Edit . The Edit Article page opens.
4. Under Labels, click Delete next to the label to remove.
5. Click Save.

Delete a label

When you delete a label, any articles assigned to the label will be unassigned. You cannot undo this action.

1. Click Menu > Knowledge > Categories and Labels.
2. Open the knowledge base that contains the label to remove.
3. Click Settings > Categories & Labels.
4. Click the Labels tab.
5. Next to the label you want to remove, click Delete .
