Genesys Cloud's knowledge workbench V2 supports JSON data format and rich text content including images and videos through URLs. Knowledge bases are limited to 15,000 question and answer pairs and 500 knowledge bases per Genesys Cloud organization. Each knowledge base can have up to 1,000 categories.
The following list includes the supported configuration and limits for knowledge base dimensions.
Supported data format: JSON.
Supported content: Rich text. Images and videos through URLs.
Maximum number of allowable question and answer pairs in the knowledge base: 15,000.
Maximum number of allowable knowledge bases per Genesys Cloud organization: 500.
Maximum number of categories per knowledge base: 1,000.
