Genesys Cloud provides functionality to copy or delete existing work plan configurations within the Workforce Management module. To copy a work plan, users navigate to Menu > Workforce Management > Work Plan Configuration > Work Plans, select the appropriate management unit from the dropdown list, click the More menu next to the desired work plan, and select Copy. The copied work plan can then be renamed and reconfigured with custom week schedules, daily shifts, and agent constraints. To delete a work plan, users follow the same initial navigation steps, select Delete from the More menu next to the target work plan, confirm the deletion count, and click Yes to complete the removal. These operations enable administrators to efficiently manage and maintain work plan configurations across different management units.
