Genesys Cloud automatically generates thumbnail images for supported file types like bmp, doc, pdf, jpg, png, ppt, and xlsx uploaded to Documents. Thumbnails are not generated for unsupported formats or files exceeding 100 pages or 10 MB which instead use a generic image. The thumbnails allow quick visual identification of files in Documents.
