Genesys Cloud provides an External A2A Server integration feature that enables server-to-server communication connections to extend organizational communication capabilities. Installation requires specific permissions: the ability to add, delete, edit, and view integrations. The installation process involves accessing Menu > IT and Integrations > Integrations, clicking Add Integration, searching for the External A2A Server tile if necessary, and selecting Install. Upon successful installation, the integration appears on the organization's Integrations page and becomes available for configuration and activation.
