1. Click Menu > Digital and Telephony > Interaction Assets > Canned Responses. 
2. Do one of the following:
   • To view all canned responses, click Responses.
   • To view the canned responses in a particular library, under Libraries, click next to the library name.

The responses appear in the Responses tab. The Libraries list in the Filter option remembers the library information that you selected previously. To view the responses of a different library, select the required library in the Libraries list, and click Apply.

Responses with attachments

Responses that have supporting attachment files are displayed with an attachment icon in the responses list. These attachment files are supporting documents that the agents can send as part of canned responses. For more information about attachments, see Add Attachment. 

Filter responses by a library

1. On the Responses tab, click Filter.
2. Under Libraries, select a library to view responses belonging to that library and click Apply. To select multiple libraries, select the check box near the library names.
   Note: The Libraries list remembers the library information that you selected previously. To view the responses of a different library, select the required library in the Libraries list, and click Apply.
3. (Optional) To clear any selected libraries, click Clear Filters next to the library name. Clear Filters removes all filters currently applied.
