Duplicate a script page

AI-generated summary

Genesys Cloud provides functionality to duplicate script pages within the interaction assets management system. Users can access this feature by navigating to Menu > Digital and Telephony > Interaction Assets > Scripts, then opening the desired script in the editor. Within the Page tab, selecting "More" for a specific page and clicking "Duplicate" creates a copy of that page. The system automatically appends "COPY" as a suffix to the duplicated page's name (for example, "Page 1 COPY"). This capability enables efficient script page management and reuse within the Genesys Cloud platform.

Click Menu > Digital and Telephony > Interaction Assets > Scripts.
To open a script in the editor, click the script’s name.
Click the Page tab.
In the pages list, click More for the page you want to duplicate.
Click Duplicate.
The editor copies the page and adds a suffix of “COPY” its name of the new page. For example, Page 1 COPY.
