Genesys Cloud provides functionality to delete group workspaces through the IT and Integrations > Documents menu. Users can hover over a workspace name and select Delete Workspace to initiate removal. The deletion process offers three options depending on workspace content: if the workspace contains no files, users can confirm immediate deletion; if files exist, users can delete the workspace and all associated files, or move files to another workspace before deletion. When files are moved to another workspace, the system automatically removes all associated tags as a security measure, and only users with access to the destination workspace can subsequently access the transferred documents. This feature supports workspace management and content organization within Genesys Cloud's document management system.
