Genesys Cloud allows users to rate agent proficiency for specific skills on a 0 to 5 star scale, where 0 is low proficiency and 5 is high. After adding a skill to an agent, administrators can assign a rating to match interactions with the most appropriate available agent based on skill proficiency. To rate an agent's skill, click the applicable star rating from 0 to 5 after adding the skill, such as awarding a 3 star rating for Mac OS proficiency. Click Save when finished with the skill ratings.
