Genesys Cloud's open messaging is a lightweight integration that enables asynchronous messaging with third-party systems and external messaging services. It leverages Genesys Cloud's ACD capabilities to route inbound open messages to appropriate queues and agents, allowing conversations to continue at the customer's preferred pace. Key capabilities include using Inbound Message flows in Architect to route messages based on content, threading timelines, supported content profiles, channel and bot integration, and configuration profiles. Genesys Cloud also provides message and in-queue flow routing with Architect and the platform. Agents can answer, respond to, and complete message interactions with customers. Contact center managers can analyze message interaction data in Genesys Cloud performance views. Genesys Bot Connector enables calling bots in Architect message flows.
