Abort Survey action

AI-generated summary

Genesys Cloud's Abort Survey action enables organizations to manage survey opt-outs and end conversations within survey invite flows. The action can be added to new or existing flows by dragging it from the Survey Invites category in the toolbox. Users must specify a name for the action that appears in the task sequence and select a disposition status - either Error (indicating system problems) or OptOut (indicating customer's choice not to participate in web surveys). This functionality helps handle survey termination scenarios and respects customer preferences regarding survey participation.

Use this action to determine if the contact can opt out of surveys and if so, ends the conversation even if the policy matches the contact.

From a new or existing survey invite flow, open a task or state. From the toolbox, expand the Survey Invites category and drag a Complete Survey action into the task editor.
