Genesys Cloud provides adherence monitoring functionality that compares agents' current activities against their scheduled activities. The system displays out-of-adherence notifications at the top of the schedule view, highlighting conflicting activities in red. Users can access adherence data through the Workforce Management module with specific permissions: Workforce Management > Agent Adherence – Notify for notifications, Workforce Management > Agent Historical Adherence – View to access the widget and historical data, and Workforce Management > Agent Historical Adherence Conformance – View to see the widget, adherence, and conformance information. The Adherence dialog box presents daily statistics including Adherence percentage, Adherence Target, Exceptions, and Conformance percentage, with a visual graph categorizing data into Scheduled, Actual, and Exceptions sections. When hovering over exceptions, users can view detailed information including scheduled versus actual activity, status, secondary status, start and end times, and duration. Agents can dismiss notifications by updating their status to match scheduled activities. The interface includes date navigation features with arrows and calendar icons for reviewing different time periods.
