Genesys Cloud's script editor allows users to add visual control components to script pages through the Admin interface under Contact Center > Scripts. Components can be accessed through Menu > Digital and Telephony > Interaction Assets > Scripts, where users select and edit specific scripts. Components are added by clicking them on the toolbar, which automatically adds them to the breadcrumb list at the bottom of the editor. Users can customize component labels by selecting the component icon in properties and entering a new name. The toolbar adapts to a list format on smaller screens, and components can alternatively be selected from the Add Components tab.
