Genesys Cloud Background Assistant (GCBA) enables screen recording of agent monitors during interactions when using Genesys Cloud in a browser. GCBA is an installable background application for agent desktops. It provides screen recording capabilities to capture agent activities during customer interactions when using Genesys Cloud. GCBA allows monitoring, compliance and quality management of Genesys Cloud agents by enabling supervisor review of recorded screens.
