Genesys Cloud's Audit Viewer enables users to access detailed audit logs of all system events for transparency and troubleshooting purposes. Users require "Audits > Audit – View" permission to access the feature. The Audit Viewer is available in two formats: a full-page viewer accessible via Menu > IT and Integrations > Audit Viewer, which displays individual audit entries with detailed information upon selection, and a compact footer version accessible by hovering over and clicking the "Show audits footer bar" at the bottom of any Admin page. The viewer displays audit events for the current day by default and allows users to customize date ranges and apply filters to analyze system events and changes. The footer version provides less detail than the full-page viewer but can be expanded to access the complete Audit Viewer by clicking the link icon. Users can close the footer by selecting "Hide audits footer bar."
