Genesys Cloud provides capabilities to disassociate an agent from a station, making that station available for reassignment to another agent. Users with appropriate permissions can perform this action across multiple views including Agents Evaluation, Agents Performance, Agents Status, Queues Activity Detail, and Queues Agents Detail. To disassociate an agent, users navigate to the desired view (such as Agents Performance ), locate an offline agent assigned to a station, hover over the presence indicator, and select the Disassociate Station option. Required permissions include Analytics (Conversation Aggregate View, Conversation Detail View, Queue Observation View), Directory (User View), Routing (Queue View), UI (Supervisor Queue Details View, Supervisor Status Control View), and Telephony (Station Disassociate). Users with Telephony Station Disassociate and Directory User View permissions can disassociate agents from stations regardless of divisional boundaries
