Genesys Cloud provides two methods for deleting component templates. Users can delete a component template while editing a script by accessing the component toolbar, selecting Component Templates, and clicking the Delete Component button next to the target template, then confirming the deletion. Alternatively, component templates can be deleted from the Script Templates page by navigating to Admin > Contact Center > Script Templates > Menu > Digital and Telephony > Interaction Assets > Script Templates, selecting Component Templates, choosing the template to delete, and clicking Delete. The Script Templates page enables users to delete both component templates and script templates from a single location. Both deletion methods require confirmation before the template is permanently removed.
