You can view a schedule by day, date range, week, or vertical view in the schedule editor. By default, the schedule opens to View by Day. For information about different views in the schedule editor, see Available schedule views. To change to another view:

1. Click Admin.
2. Under Workforce Management, click Schedules.
3. Click Menu > Workforce Management > Scheduling > Schedules.
4. In the upper right corner, click the Management Unit list and select the desired management unit.
5. Search for the schedule that contains the shift you want to remove and select it from the list. The schedule editor opens.
6. To view by date range, do one of the following:
   • Click the arrow at the end of the View by Day list and select View by Date Range.
   • Select Shift + 2.
7. To view by week, do one of the following:
   • Click the arrow at the end of the View by Day list and select View by Week.
   • Select Shift + 3.
8.  To view the schedule vertically, do one of the following:
   • Click the arrow at the end of the View by Day list and select Vertical View.
   • Select Shift + 4.
9. To switch back to View by Day, do one of the following:
   • Click the arrow at the end of the view list and select View by Day.
   • Select Shift + 1.
