Edit a different script page

AI-generated summary

Genesys Cloud's script editor allows users to manage multi-page scripts through the Digital and Telephony menu under Interaction Assets. Users can access different script pages by selecting the script name and clicking the Page option to view all available pages. Each page can be edited individually by clicking its name. A Default Page icon indicates which page automatically appears when the script launches on an agent's desktop, with the option to modify this default page setting as needed.

If a script has multiple pages, you can select a different page to edit:

Click Menu > Digital and Telephony > Interaction Assets > Scripts.
To open a script in the script editor, click the name of a script.
Click Page . A list of pages in the script displays.
To edit a page, click the page name.
Tip: The Default Page icon next to a page name indicates which page displays by default when this script pops on an agent’s desktop. To change this setting, see Set the default page.
