Genesys Cloud's Clear Slot action enables removal of specific slot values within conversation flows. The feature allows authors to clear stored information from designated slots, particularly useful when combined with Loop Until and Ask for Slot actions. Common use cases include validating user-provided information like account numbers and prompting for re-entry if data is invalid. The action requires a distinctive name for identification in the flow structure and includes functionality to select and clear multiple slots through the Add Slot option. Users can specifically target which slots to clear through the Slot to Clear selection feature.
