Genesys Cloud's Action Map Blocked Offer Interval Detail view provides comprehensive analytics for monitoring blocked actions within journey action maps, requiring specific permissions across Journey, Action Map, Aggregate, Outcome, and Segment categories. The view displays exportable data including Interval Start, Interval End, Interval Complete status, Outcome ID, Action Map ID, and Segment ID, accessible through the Analytics Workspace via Journey Action Map Performance or by navigating from the Journey Action Maps view.
The analytics interface supports extensive date filtering capabilities with preset options including Today, Yesterday, This Week, Last Week, Previous 7/30 days, This/Last Month, and Previous 3 Months, alongside custom date ranges up to 93 days maximum. Users can apply filters based on when visitor activity starts and navigate between time periods using directional arrows. A Time zone dropdown enables viewing data in different time zones and saving reports with selected timezone settings.
Key functionality includes manual refresh capability for displaying latest metrics, customizable column management through an Edit columns interface that supports adding, removing, showing, hiding, and reordering up to 20 selectable columns. Column sorting accommodates ascending/descending alphabetical order and category grouping, while individual column resizing is performed by hovering over column header boundaries and dragging to adjust width. Horizontal scrolling accommodates views with more columns than available screen width, maintaining selected column widths while preserving access to all data.
The interface incorporates accessibility enhancements including keyboard navigation, screen reader support, focus management, and improved compliance standards. Keyboard shortcuts support column reordering through grid icon selection, spacebar activation, and arrow key positioning. Filtering options include Action Map Type filters supporting Architect Flow, Content Offer, Integration Action, Web Messaging Offer, and Webchat categories, as well as Journey Outcome or Segment filters accessible through text-based search. Users can save filter and column settings as saved views for quick switching between datasets, and the Reset view to defaults option restores standard column configurations. The view does not automatically update and requires manual refresh to display current data
