View the properties of a file

1. In Documents, search for a file or open a workspace.
2. Hover over the file.
3. Under Actions, click More. 

You can do the following things:

• Change the name of a file
• Add tags to a file
• Share a file
• Upload a new version of a file
• View the thumbnail for the file
