Genesys Cloud allows users to view inline images in emails. The images do not appear automatically when receiving an email containing them. To view the inline images, users must click "Show All Images" to the right of the email's subject. Genesys Cloud displays attached image files at the bottom of the email message.
If you receive an email that contains inline images, they do not appear automatically. To see the images, to the right of the subject, click Show All Images.
Note: Images that you send as attachments appear at the bottom of the email.
