Starting November 17, 2025, Genesys will measure usage and invoice customers in arrears on their standard billing date. All organizations receive a monthly allocation of 50,000 rule executions per month at the organization level without charges. Usage exceeding this allocation incurs $0.0020 per execution, with pricing available in USD, CAD, AUD, NZD, GBP, EUR, BRL, JPY, and ZAR. Organizations can enable rule-based decisions through the AppFoundry or by upgrading their subscription to include this capability.
