Genesys Cloud allows administrators to modify the default_whisper system prompt to customize whisper audio content and duration that agents receive during customer interactions. Users must possess specific permissions including Architect > System Prompt – Edit and View capabilities to work with system prompts, or Architect > User Prompt – Add, Edit, and View permissions for user prompts. To modify the default_whisper prompt, administrators navigate to Menu > Orchestration > Architect, access the Prompts tab, select System, locate default_whisper, and configure the audio prompt according to organizational specifications through the Edit Prompt dialog box. Any flows consuming the modified prompt must be republished to reflect changes in existing workflows.
