Availability in Genesys Cloud CX 1, CX 2, and CX 3 licenses

If you have the following licenses, you can purchase Journey Management as an add-on. To purchase Journey Management as an add-on, contact your Genesys account representative.

• Genesys Cloud CX1, Genesys Cloud CX2, Genesys Cloud CX2 Digital, Genesys Cloud CX3, or Genesys Cloud CX3 Digital license

A 60-day free trial is available via Genesys AppFoundry, so that your organization can test Journey Management before you commit to a full-scale purchase.

Genesys Cloud CX 4 license

If you have Genesys Cloud CX4, Journey Management is automatically included in your license. You do not have to purchase it separately.
