The Hourly Interacting license may not be held by Administrators and Supervisors. More specifically, any user who has any of the permissions in this list is not eligible for the Hourly Interacting license. If a user currently working under the Hourly Interacting license, is assigned any of the below permissions, they will be disqualified, and the Hourly Interacting license will be lost.
