Get the link to an interaction’s record

Copy the permanent link to an interaction’s record in Genesys Cloud. Paste the link wherever you store information about interactions, like a client relationship management (CRM) tool, for example. 

1. From the Active Interaction list, select the interaction that you want a link to its record.
2. Click the Get Interaction URL . Genesys Cloud copies a link to the interaction record to your computer’s clipboard.
3. Paste the link into the location of your choice.
