Genesys Cloud's Flow execution history feature enables users to access and analyze previous flow executions within Architect. Users with appropriate Flow Instance permissions can view and search historical execution data. The system displays execution instances with details including name, version, flow type, and start/end timestamps. Key functionality includes the ability to open past instances in Replay Mode for debugging and troubleshooting purposes.
