Enter numbers from the dialpad during an interaction or active call
Enter numbers that automated call systems recognize, such as an account number or a menu selection, during a voice interaction or active business user call.
- During a voice interaction or active call, click Dialpad .
- Click the numbers or symbols you want to enter. Alternatively, enter the numbers or symbols on your keyboard. Genesys Cloud plays a sound for each number you select.
- Click Dialpad again to close the dialpad.
Note: The dialpad is not available during a consult transfer to another person.
